Active Adult Community in New Port Richey, FL

Are you looking for a peaceful neighborhood where you can be yourself and be surrounded by people who are pretty much in the same place in life? Having worked hard for many years or having raised a family, you deserve a place to live in where you can enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle.

At Summertree Recreation Facility, we make this possible for you. We are an over 55 community with six homeowner associations (HOAs). Having been around for more than 40 years, we are committed to providing a unique living environment for senior residents.

We take a lot of pride in having a variety of amenities. A beautiful oasis for residents and families, our facility has a newly renovated clubhouse with views of our nine-hole golf course. At Summertree Recreation Facility, we offer opportunities where you can participate in different activities and establish good relationships with other residents who are of similar age and interests.

Our Mission

To provide a community for people over 55 to live and enjoy themselves

Learn More About Our Community

The number of directors from each community is based on how many residences are in each neighborhood. The directors are elected on a representative basis by the various associations. In order to provide continuity in management, there are staggered terms.

Although each community has their own homeowners association (HOA) and/or condominium association, they all easily blend together to form the Summertree Communities.

Meetings are held every month. Residents from all communities are strongly encouraged to attend.
